Hello,
I am Shagandeep Kaur, and my preferred pronouns are she/her. I prefer to go by Shagan. I am an international student in my final year at UVic, majoring in psychology. My place of origin is India, precisely Mohali, a small town in the state of Punjab, North India. The majority of my life was spent there before I made the move to Victoria in 2019. I am now in my final semester, eagerly looking forward to what lies ahead after completing my studies.
Apart from my academic pursuits, I have a strong interest in instrumental music and have some proficiency in playing the guitar and piano. I find solace in leisurely walks and have a penchant for exploring new experiences. In addition to English, I am fluent in four other languages.
I chose to enrol in this course to gain a deeper understanding of social media, an area where I feel my knowledge is somewhat lacking. I view it as a valuable elective that will not only expand my expertise but also offer an enjoyable learning experience. I am enthusiastic about delving into the course materials and creating engaging blog content.
